Peterson Jeep Chrysler Dodge is the most dishonest company that I ever have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with I traded in a $38,000 car for a vehicle from them that vehicle blew the motor up less than 50 miles after I pulled it off the lot and 20 less than 24 hours they only gave me one option and that was for them to put a new motor in with a warranty, the warranty was never put in my name or registered to that vehicle. Eight days later that motor started going bad they were notified of this. They told me that I needed to put it on a tow truck and get it out to them I would’ve never thought a brand new motor would’ve went as quickly as that. I took it in before the recommended mileage of 6000 miles. It was under five and had a service done on it. It was not brought in with the oil level low nor did I put any oil in it to make it that direction as of today, March 1 they will not honor the warranty. The warranty was bought in-house by Peterson for Peterson and now they’re trying to play all kinds of games with me and I have a vehicle that sitting on the street that’s worth less than $500. They threatened to have it towed to an impound yard if I didn’t remove it from their property when I did have it picked up the person who picked it up found a note on the steering wheel saying that this vehicle has no oil in it do not start so they took it apart. It was running when it got there they put it back together and they did not refill the oil and they said that my battery was dead. I had had it checked in December at auto parts store. My alternator was working fine and there was nothing wrong with my battery. I still believe that Peterson Chrysler Jeep Dodge owes me a refund. They never offered to put me back in my vehicle the next day when the motor blew up on the vehicle that I had purchased, they never offered to put me into a different vehicle. They only gave me the one option. I did not sign any contracts or any paperwork saying that I received such a motor or that any work was done to that motor. There was no paperwork signed whatsoever, except for the purchase of that vehicle that blew up the Carfax later on I checked, said that there was a problem with the heating system. Peterson motors when they found out on the first motor when they took it apart that there was engine coolant in the motor oil, but they response to me was we don’t know what happened to your motor but “it’s toast.

Was in and out fast

This was the tailgate recall and lasted about 5 minutes. Tech was great. However, I am extremely frustrated with Dodge truck division not completing the fuel pump problem in a faster and thorough way.

I've been a customer since 2011 and Always have been treated beyond my expectations whether buying vehicles or serving them. I've been taken care of by Nick and Ryan and feel that they go above and beyond, because of them I travel from Nevada for the specialty service and will only deal with Peterson's. I hate shopping for cars. My past experiences with car salesmen put my stomach in knots. This was different. Zach was easy to talk to and worked with me to get the price of a good low millage used Outback down to within my budget. At my age, this will probably be the last car I'll ever buy, but if I do need to buy another car, I'll got to Peterson's and ask for Zach.

If you need a salesman ask for Alex, above and beyond and just a all around nice person. He not only helped us at his dealership but helped us at another one just cause he could, I wish we would be buying from him but since the vehicle I want is at another Peterson dealership I have to go with them. But he went and looked to check on vehicle for us and kept me updated on it and just did more then I would have expected especially from someone who wasn't even gonna get the sale himself. Go get a Jeep or Dodge from the man for me!!

My 5500 she's a beast!!! Very beautiful. Evan Leach was outstanding to work with, he knows his stuff!!! He configured the heavy duty commercial vehicle order options that I was told by other dealers wouldnt be possible. Made absolutely everything happen!!!! Great service, excellent communication and attention to detail. Thanks!!!!

They were busy when I got there at 7:55AM. There were 4 cars in the bays and I was the 5th one outside. They still had the oil changed and the safety recall completed in just a little over an hour. The only disappointment was it was too cold to get the car washed.

I came from out of State to buy a truck from Peterson after my local dealers lost my business with their lack of professionalism and rudeness. From the beginning my experience was nothing but excellent. Renee reached out to me Directly, sent me pictures and information on the truck and once I decided I wanted to move forward connected me with the sales manager Clem. Clem helped answer all my questions, was prompt and communicative towards me, helped connect me with Manny the accessories man, to get my truck setup the way I wanted it so it was ready to go once I arrived at the dealer. A week later I flew into Boise and was promptly picked up from the airport by Zack Lugo, brought back to the dealer to view and drive the truck. Zack was a pleasure to spend time with, was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made the transaction very smooth. My last step was into the dreaded finance department, however Jay in finance made it a painless process. He had all the paperwork ready for me, was attentive to make sure things were correct, and got me in and out without haggling or making it an uncomfortable experience. I have bought 3 trucks now up in Idaho over the last 6 years, all from different dealer and this was by far the best experience of them all. If your looking to buy a Truck in Idaho, don't waste the time going up to the "Big name" there in Kellog, go to Peterson in Nampa and you will not be Disappointed.
